Anthony Neil sincerely appreciates it’s customers and relationships. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund amount in Merchandise Credit. The merchandise credit never expires.

Returns are accepted up to 5 days after the original date of delivery. To initiate a return, email customerservice@anthonyneil.com for return authorization instructions. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Please be sure all Anthony Neil merchandise is returned in its original and unused state. Once the returned item is received, the merchandise will be inspected and a merchandise credit will be given thereafter. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount given in the merchandise credit for any returns.
