Our leather is handcrafted in our Detroit, MI studio made of genuine leather and authentic fur. Each bag is authentically yours and made just for you. There may be some slight variation and patterning of each bag. Please allow 10-14 days before receiving your order.

Shipping

Anthony Neil ships all DOMESTIC orders via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please Allow 7-14 business days for delivery due to the nature of the craftsmanship of the merchandise.

Anthony Neil is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping information. Anthony Neil is no responsible for any lost packages and those lost packages/orders will not be refunded.

International shipping is available upon request. Please inquire for details. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom orders are available upon request.

Orders over $150.00 will be shipped accompanying a Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

Returns

Anthony Neil sincerely appreciates it’s customers and relationships. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund amount in Merchandise Credit. The merchandise credit never expires.

Returns are accepted up to 5 days after the original date of delivery. To initiate a return, email customerservice@anthonyneil.com for return authorization instructions. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Please be sure all Anthony Neil merchandise is returned in its original and unused state. Once the returned item is received, the merchandise will be inspected and a merchandise credit will be given thereafter. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount given in the merchandise credit for any returns.
